Here are the most common questions we receive from guests about staying at our Wailea vacation condo.
Is parking included?
Yes, your condo rental includes a free dedicated on-site parking spot for one vehicle in the Grand Champions lot. You can usually park a second vehicle as well, in any available “guest” spot.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is typically 3:00 pm, and check-out is usually 10:30 am. We can sometimes accommodate early check-in or late check-outs when available. Please ask well in advance.
Is there a pool and hot tub available?
Yes! Guests have access to two resort-style pools and hot tubs within the Grand Champions complex.
How far is the condo from the beach?
Wailea Beach is about a 12–15 minute walk or a 3–4 minute drive. Several other beaches are within a short drive as well, including Ulua, Mokapu, and Keawakapu beaches. We also love Maluaka and Big Beach, which are about a 10 minute drive south of the condo.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 45 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Thereafter, your booking is non-refundable.
Do you allow children?
Yes, we have kids ourselves and families with children are more than welcome. Bedroom #2 can be set up with two twin beds (instead of one king bed) upon request, and we also have a Baby Bjorn travel crib available at no extra charge.
Do you provide beach gear?
Yes, absolutely. We stock four beach chairs, two umbrellas, a travel cooler, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, and plenty of beach towels for guest use.
